La cantina familiare Marani produce vino utilizzando un antico metodo di vinificazione georgiano risalente all'anno 8000 d.C., dove il vino viene fermentato e invecchiato naturalmente nei grandi vasi di argilla chiamati "Qvevri". I qvevri sono sepolti sottoterra, conferendo al vino un gusto ed aroma unico.
